General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of all tours and services offered by The Basque Way. By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge and accept these terms in full.
2.
Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our website, by email or Whatsapp.
Prices are listed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
3.
Cancellations and Refunds
By the Customer: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour will receive a full refund / Cancellations made within 15 days of the scheduled tour will receive a 50% refund. / Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled tour will not be refunded. / No-shows or late arrivals will not be refunded.
By The Basque Way: We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, mechanical issues, or force majeure). In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4.
Tour Modifications
The Basque Way reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary due to traffic conditions, special events, or safety concerns. If the tour duration is significantly reduced due to our fault, we will refund the price difference accordingly or offer the option to reschedule.
5.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must arrive on time at the designated meeting point. The Basque Way is not responsible for missed tours due to late arrivals. Customers must follow the driver’s safety instructions at all times.
6.
Liability and Insurance
The Basque Way is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour. Customers are responsible for ensuring they are fit to participate in the tour.
7.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Bayonne, France.
